Behind every campaign stands a team of 260+ volunteers whom we train and prepare to lead field work. We organize «Volunteer Day» for campaigns, develop volunteer leaders, and award documented volunteering certificates.
A team leading field work with one spirit
Volunteerism is the backbone of Emtiazat. Since 2018, we have built a team of 260+ active volunteers who stand behind every seasonal campaign and every field activity across Al Attarin, Karmouz, Al Manshiya, Al Ameriya, and Borg El Arab. We organize a «Volunteer Day» where teams gather to deliver a specific campaign or initiative, from distributing aid to renovating and painting schools.
We do not simply mobilize volunteers; we develop leaders from among them. We train team leaders to organize field work, manage tasks, and engage with beneficiaries, and we award volunteers documented certificates that recognize their hours and effort. This is how a volunteer grows from a participant into a leader who guides others.

Volunteer enthusiasm alone is not enough; without organization, preparation, and clear leadership, volunteers' effort is wasted and does not turn into sustained field impact.
